Fogarty Associates is an established Chartered Quantity Surveying and Party Wall Surveying firm with a wealth of experience on a wide variety of projects in both the private and public sectors.

We provide services throughout the UK and our aim is to give a personalised, professional and competitive service to our clients. 

Our  practice works on a wide range of projects spanning all sectors of the industry including residential (affordable, volume and high-end), commercial, retail, industrial, educational, leisure and healthcare with typical values ranging from £50,000 to £10,000,000.

We act for a variety of clients including property developers, main contractors, subcontractors, landowners, investors, housing associations and private individuals.  We offer a bespoke service to our clients whether it be providing specialist advice on a specific matter or acting as a cost consultant for a large development. Our expertise is used at various stages of a building’s development from conception through to construction and handover.

Fogarty Associates was established in 2005 and the team have many years of experience within the construction industry and the surveying profession. We are a RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) regulated firm which means that we practice to globally recognised ethical and professional standards.

Party Wall Surveying Services

Our practice also carries out Party Wall Surveying work and we have been involved on a range of projects from small residential extensions to larger, more complex commercial ones. 

Advising both Building Owners and Adjoining Owners, as well as being appointed as the Agreed Surveyor, we offer a friendly and dependable service.
