Ian Fogarty, our principal, has over thirty years’ experience in construction and property development. He has worked extensively in private practice and with major contracting and development organisations on residential, commercial, industrial and retail projects of all sizes.
This considerable experience coupled with surveying, legal, management, and party wall qualifications provides the foundation for the practice.
James Fogarty BSc (Hons) MRICS MFPWS
James Fogarty is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and party wall surveyor who joined the firm in 2016 and is an associate.
He has worked on a diverse range of projects ranging in value from £50,000 to £15,000,000 and various sectors including residential (volume, affordable and high-end), commercial, industrial, educational, leisure, heritage and medical.
Before his employment at Fogarty Associates, James worked for a main contractor and a masonry subcontractor.
